Shaping the Future: Strategic Plan 2026 – 2030
I am delighted to share our Strategic Plan 2026–2030, which reflects our commitment to empowering every child to thrive. This plan builds on our strong Catholic foundation and the enduring mission of Blessed Francis Jordan while positioning Francis Jordan to meet the evolving needs of our learners and community.
Our plan is anchored in four key pillars: strengthening our Catholic identity and spiritual life, advancing teaching and learning excellence, fostering cultural understanding and student wellbeing, and creating contemporary, sustainable learning environments. Through partnership with families and our wider community, we will continue to nurture a lifelong passion for learning and excellence—preparing our students not just for academic success, but for meaningful lives centred on Jesus and his teachings.
This strategic roadmap guides our decisions, resource allocation, and daily practices, ensuring that every student feels loved, safe, valued, and challenged to excel.
